  • Website refers to Captain Erica, accessible at https://shop.captainerica.com

Your Order Cancelation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 1 day without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 1 day from the date on which you placed the order on the Service. 

In order to exercise Your right of cancelation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by through our Contact Form.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the request for cancelation. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Return Policy

Once the cancelation window indicated in the previous section has passed, no refunds or returns are accepted.

All products sold are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Shipping

All items are shipped via USPS to the address provided to Us by You when placing the Order through the Service.

If the address provided needs to be amended, such change must be provided to Us by You, and confirmed by Us before the item is marked as shipped.

Once an item has shipped the address cannot be amended.

Once an item has shipped you will be provided with a tracking number.

In most cases, items should arrive within 7-10 business days from the date shipped. However, We do not guarantee any shipping times due to the variability of USPS shipping schedules.
