Notes

The benches are actually black velvet fabric. I keep them covered with washable blue velvet covers to reduce wear and tear.

There’s a space under the cabinet that a composting toilet could be installed if that’s something you want. I have a 2-drawer dresser in it for storage right now, but very easy to swap out.

I replaced the inverter last year and the wall outlets stopped working with that swap. I believe it’s an issue with the inverter itself but I’ve always preferred to use the 12v power station so didn’t dig into it further. I imagine just swapping out the inverter would do the trick since it’s nothing more than a plug that controls the wall outlets.

I planned to install two more solar panels but never got around to it, so I’m including those panels and the cables. Or you can hang onto them in case you ever need to replace an existing panel.

There’s an A/C unit installed below the fridge, if you’re handy or want to hire someone who is handy to get it running, awesome. Otherwise, the ambulance is configured really well for airflow to keep it cool through the hottest months. There’s a window on each side that slides open, plus the Maxxair fan, plus an oversized hatch that can be opened as a vent. Included are insulated window covers for most of the RV windows, plus an insulated cover for the Maxxair fan that’s brand new never installed. The “house” is insulated throughout as well.

The diesel heater works VERY well, and there’s a 5 gallon tank for gasoline easily accessible by a side door.

I’m including a lot of extras like black and white paint for touchups, drain cleaner, RV sealant, and some specific replacement parts for the ambulance doors if/when it gets time to do so you won’t have to hunt around for them.

She’s legit ready to go, just load up your stuff and head out on the road.
